Rice with Curry and Seasonal Vegetables

Peel potatoes and carrots, wash and cut into cubes.

Wash the onion and cut it into cubes.

Wash the chicken breast and cut into cubes. Prepare the curry cubes.

Pour a little oil in a hot pan, and stir-fry the diced chicken breast, potatoes, and carrots in the pan.

Then put the diced onion into the pan and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, then reduce to low heat and cook until the ingredients are cooked, then turn off the heat.

Put the curry cubes into the pot and stir well before turning on the fire.

Simmer over low heat until the curry becomes a thick paste, pour the cooked curry on the rice, and enjoy the delicious curry rice.
Tips:
The curry block tastes very good, no need to add sugar, salt and other seasonings.
