Rich Aroma---soaked Garlic in Olive Oil

Peel the garlic, wash rosemary and thyme, and dry for later use.

Put garlic, rosemary and thyme in a frying pan, add olive oil, and cook for 20 minutes on low heat.

Let the garlic fry until soft and light yellow, turn off the heat to cool.

Pour the garlic and olive oil into a glass bottle, make sure the oil is completely soaked in the garlic cloves, and keep it tightly sealed.
