Rilakkuma Bean Paste Bun

Mix the flour, milk and yeast.

Knead into a smooth dough.

Separate two 10g doughs, one to keep white, the other to add pumpkin powder and knead to make a yellow dough, add cocoa powder to the remaining white dough and knead it, and ferment to 1.5 times its size.

Take out 10 grams of dough from the cocoa powder and divide it into 9 equal parts.

Divide the red bean paste into 9 portions and knead round.

Take a cocoa dough, flatten it, and wrap it with red bean paste.

Close the mouth tightly, place it down, and everything is done.

Yellow and cocoa dough is used to make bear ears. Dip a little water to stick them. The mouth and eyes can be made with seaweed paste.
