Roast Beef Minced Eggplant

After preparing the ingredients

Cut potatoes, eggplants and tomatoes into slices, cut carrots and tofu into cubes, and chop garlic into small pieces.

Put the minced ginger into the minced beef, season with salt, cooking wine, sugar and sesame oil, mix well and set aside
