Roast Chicken

Tips:
1. For roasted whole chickens, you must choose freshly slaughtered chickens. The position of the three-yellow chicken breasts frozen in the supermarket is difficult to taste, and the roasted chickens are not delicious.
2. The marinating time must be more than 24 hours, and remember to keep refrigerated to prevent it from breaking.
3. If you want the chicken skin to be red and evenly colored and have appetite, you must brush with honey water in the last 10 minutes. The baked chicken skin is crispy and fragrant, and the color is also attractive.
4. If the oven has a hot air function, you must remember to turn it on after the last brushing with honey water, the coloring will be more perfect.
