Roast Chicken

Wash the whole chicken and set aside.

Peel potatoes, wash carrots and persimmons, and peel onions.

Stir black pepper, rosemary, salt, oyster sauce, black pepper powder, and light soy sauce into a sauce.

Massage the whole body of the chicken with the seasoning juice, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for more than 4 hours.

Cut potatoes and carrots into pieces with a hob, slice onions, add corn oil and mix well.

Place the vegetable pieces on the baking tray and the chicken on the surface.

Put some vegetable pieces in the chicken belly.
8.
Put in the middle of the oven.
9.
Fire up and down at 190 degrees and bake for about 60 minutes.
Tips:
1. It is recommended to marinate in the refrigerator overnight for more delicious taste.
2. You can add your favorite seasonings at will.
