Roast Duck Leg

Clean the duck legs and drain the water

Wash and chop the purple onion into a bowl, add all the required seasonings and mix well

Put the duck leg in the mixed seasoning bowl, evenly spread the seasoning, turn over several times in the middle, cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight

Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes, put the marinated duck legs on the grill, start the air fryer, set the time to 15 minutes

After the set time is over, open the lid of the air fryer and see that the moisture on the surface of the duck legs has been roasted to a dry state

Turn the roasted duck leg over, reset the time to 15 minutes, and continue to roast the other side. The roasted duck leg can be eaten directly after it is out of the pan, or it can be eaten after cutting it with a knife
Tips:
1. When marinating duck legs, if you are worried that it will not be easy to taste, you can use a knife to make a few cuts on the surface, and the marinating time should be at least 2 hours.
2. There is no air fryer, you can use the oven to bake or put it in a flat pan for frying. The oven can be baked at about 200 degrees for about half an hour. The pan frying needs to be oiled and kept on a low fire.
3. Like to eat crispy skin, the recommended baking time is about 40 minutes
4. When marinating, adjust the proportion of seasoning according to your own taste
