Roast Goose with Potatoes
1.
Wash the goose meat and chop it into medium-sized pieces, slice the ginger and cut the green and red pepper diagonally
2.
Cut the potatoes into pieces about the size of goose meat, soak them in water for a while
3.
Sliced pork belly and set aside
4.
Heat oil in the pan, first put the goose palms and fry for a while, then put the other goose meat in and stir fry together
5.
Put the cinnamon and bay leaves and continue to stir fry. When the moisture is about the same, add the pork belly and stir fry together
6.
Put the soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, add a can of beer (I use dark beer, the same as ordinary beer) and goose meat is basically equal, after the high heat is brought to a boil, change to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes
7.
When the soup is half-boiled, add potatoes and continue to simmer
8.
When a quarter of the soup is left, add ginger, green and red pepper, season with appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly, and sprinkle with green onions before serving.
