1. Wash the goose meat and chop it into medium-sized pieces, slice the ginger and cut the green and red pepper diagonally

2. Cut the potatoes into pieces about the size of goose meat, soak them in water for a while

3. Sliced pork belly and set aside

4. Heat oil in the pan, first put the goose palms and fry for a while, then put the other goose meat in and stir fry together
