Roast Leg of Lamb (pure Roasted Version)

One leg of lamb, wash and dry with a kitchen paper towel

Cut the leg of lamb according to the picture, both front and back

Put oil in the pot, put the pepper and sesame pepper into the pot, turn off the heat and pour all into the empty bowl when the aroma comes out, chop the onion into the bowl, put all the ingredients into the bowl, mix well, forget to take the picture

Use a brush to spread the well-mixed material on the leg of the lamb, and apply it in the seams, both on the front and back.

Wrap it in tin foil and marinate it for one day. Be sure to wrap it so that you don’t need to re-wrap it when you bake it later.

Lamb shanks after overnight, put them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 90 minutes

Open the tin foil, set the grilling net, brush the baking ingredients (half), put in the oven for 20 minutes, turn over, brush the other half of the baking ingredients, and continue to bake for 20 minutes

Turn over again, sprinkle cumin diced, and bake for 8-10 minutes
