Roast Pork Trotters with Southern Milk and Peanuts

Chop garlic, crush garlic and southern milk, mix well.

Put the trotters in a wok together with water, blanch the water, and rinse off the blood foam.

Put oil and rock sugar in the wok and fry the sugar color over low heat.

Add ginger slices and southern milk and sauté.

Tips:
1 The salt should be added according to the saltiness at the end. If salt is added before the stew, it will be difficult to simmer the pig's feet.
2 The seasonings (Southern Milk and Soy Sauce) are more beautiful and flavorful after being fried.
3 The pig's feet should be simmered on a low heat, and it will be soft and delicious. You can use a pressure cooker to reduce the simmering time. I use a cast iron pot and add less water. The simmering time is 30 minutes.
