Winter melon in this season has become a frequent visitor on the table, and delicious dishes can be prepared simply. Dad gave me a small winter melon. I fried it by myself and added a spoonful of spicy shiitake mushroom sauce to make it more flavorful.

Roast Pork with Winter Melon Sauce

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash winter melon, peel, remove seeds, and diced

3. Cut the fat and lean pork separately

4. Marinate the thin part with a little cornstarch

5. If the fat part is refined into oil, then remove the residue

6. Add lean meat and stir fry

7. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and stir fry evenly

8. Add diced winter melon and stir fry, add some water

9. Add a spoonful of spicy shiitake mushroom sauce, stir and cook for a while, then it will be out of the pan

Tips:

If you don't need fat pork, just use the cooking oil.
Adding a spoonful of spicy shiitake mushroom sauce is just to improve the taste, and the taste is better. You can add a little more if you like spicy.
Because light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and shiitake mushroom sauce all have a salty taste, no salt is added to this dish.
If you want the meat to be tender, you can also add a little egg white or cornstarch.
