Roast Potatoes and Beef

Prepared beef.

Beef cuts and blanched.

Then rinse off with clean water.

Re-add water, wine, and ginger to a boil and stew until the beef is almost crisp.

Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob.

Fry in the oil pan until the surface is golden yellow, remove and drain the oil.

Peel and slice the onion, remove the seeds of the green pepper and cut into slices, peel the carrot and cut into pieces with a hob.

Warm a pan with cold oil, stir the carrots, stir to change color, add onions, and green peppers for a fragrant flavor.

Add the stewed beef and soup (not too much soup).
10.
Add fried potatoes, oil curry, chicken bouillon, and salt, mix well and cook until the soup is almost dry.
