Roasted Beans with Chives

1. After removing the teeth and washing the beans, cook them on high heat until they are 8 mature.

2. Drain the cooked beans and let cool for later use.

3. Mince the shallots.

4. Without putting a drop of oil in the pot, slowly toast the fermented beans on a low heat until the cold bean noodles are slightly battered and the fermented bean skins are curled.

5. Turn off the heat, pour in the sesame oil, stir-fry the chopped green onion, and sprinkle light salt and green onion garlic powder to taste.

6. Load the plate, start~
