Stir-fried Buckwheat with Beans

1. Peel the beans, wash, drain and set aside

2. Remove the beard and old leaves of the buckwheat head, wash and chop it; when I fry it, I didn’t cut it and it didn’t feel good

3. Pour clean water into the pot to boil, put the beans in the pot, blanch the water, remove it after a few minutes, and drain the water

4. Put the pot on the fire, heat it up, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to heat; put the bean paste in the pot and fry until fragrant

5. Add the beans and stir fry

6. Put the buckwheat in and continue to stir fry

7. Transfer in the right amount of light soy sauce

8. Add the right amount of salt

9. Add the right amount of chicken essence and stir-fry evenly

10. Turn off the heat and start the pot
