Roasted Broad Beans with Scallion Mustard

Wash the green onion and cut into sections, wash the mustard

Pour water in the pot to boil, add the broad beans and cook for 2 minutes

Remove the drain,

Pour oil into the pan, pour in the green onions and stir fry until it is fragrant
5.
Pour the broad beans and stir fry
6.
Put a pinch of salt in mustard
7.
Stir-fry evenly out of the pan
