Roasted Celery with Pepper Sauce

Main and auxiliary ingredients: celery, pepper sauce, pleurotus eryngii

Wash the celery and cut into pieces with a spatula

Cut eryngii mushrooms into thick strips

Boil water in a pot, add eryngii mushrooms to blanch water

After boiling, add the celery and blanch until it is broken

Remove the cold water, then drain the water

Hot oil, sautéed chives

Add the drained celery and eryngii mushrooms

Tips:
1. To cook this dish, the main ingredients need to be blanched.
2. Don't use soy sauce and other seasonings because of the pepper sauce.
