Roasted Celery with Pepper Sauce

Main ingredients: Celery, pepper sauce, pleurotus eryngii.

Wash the celery and cut into pieces with a spatula.

Cut pleurotus eryngii into thick strips.
4.
Bring water to a boil and add pleurotus eryngii to blanch water.
5.
After boiling, add the celery and blanch until it is broken.

Remove the cold water, and then drain the water.

Heat oil and fry the scallions.

Add pepper sauce and sauté until fragrant.

Add the drained celery and eryngii mushrooms.
10.
Stir fry with great fire.

Season with salt.

Tips:
1. To cook this dish, the main ingredients need to be blanched.
2. Don't use soy sauce and other seasonings because of the pepper sauce.
