Roasted Chestnut in Casserole

Heile casserole, wipe it with a wrung out damp towel, you can bake it directly, don't wash it with water.

Wash the chestnuts, dry the water, and cut a cut with a knife

Put the chestnut in the casserole on the stove

Cover the lid and bake on high heat. Every three minutes, pick up the casserole and shake it, or stir with a wooden spatula.

After about 10 minutes, turn the heat to a low heat and then slowly roast for 10 minutes. The chestnuts will be roasted without any additives, and they will taste healthier.
Tips:
1. If your pot is not a high-temperature casserole, don't try this approach.
2. Be sure to stir fry diligently during the process to avoid getting burnt.
