Roasted Chicken Drumsticks with Char Siew Sauce

Defrost chicken thighs in advance

Ingredients needed (mixing soy sauce and peanut oil). Chop garlic and ginger into minced

Combine the barbecued pork sauce, light soy sauce, peanut oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger

Clean the chicken legs and cut them a few times to make them taste better and make them easier to cook

Put the chicken legs in a container, add the prepared sauce and mix well. Keep it in the refrigerator for half a day

Put the marinated chicken legs in a baking tray (with tin foil underneath), wrap the thin part with tin foil, otherwise it will burn easily

Put into the oven (preheat the oven in advance), bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes

Take out a layer of honey and put it in the oven to bake for 5 minutes.
Tips:
1. Cut the chicken thigh a few times, so that it will taste better and it will be easier to bake;
2. It must be marinated for more than a few hours in advance before roasting.
