I bought a bottle of char siu sauce and only used it once, and there is still a lot left. I bought two frozen chicken drumsticks at the supermarket last week. Thinking of the remaining char siu sauce, I made this barbecued chicken drumstick. The taste is really good!

2. Ingredients needed (mixing soy sauce and peanut oil). Chop garlic and ginger into minced

3. Combine the barbecued pork sauce, light soy sauce, peanut oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger

4. Clean the chicken legs and cut them a few times to make them taste better and make them easier to cook

5. Put the chicken legs in a container, add the prepared sauce and mix well. Keep it in the refrigerator for half a day

6. Put the marinated chicken legs in a baking tray (with tin foil underneath), wrap the thin part with tin foil, otherwise it will burn easily
