Roasted Chicken Drumsticks with Lemongrass Sauce
1.
Wash chicken legs, add appropriate amount of lemongrass sauce and dark soy sauce, and marinate for more than 1 hour (the longer the time, the more delicious it will be, keep it in the refrigerator in hot weather).
2.
Take a plate that can be used in the microwave oven, spread a piece of greased paper, separate the chicken legs, and cover it with greased paper.
3.
Put it in the microwave and bake on high heat for about 15 minutes. (Each roast for 5 minutes, change the position of the chicken legs and continue roasting)
4.
When roasting the chicken legs, wash the side dishes and cut into thin strips.
5.
Soak the chopped cabbage in light salt water for about 5 minutes, remove and drain the water.
6.
Remove the stalks of the small tomatoes and wash them in half.
7.
Take an appropriate amount of cabbage and spread it on the plate.
8.
Pour an appropriate amount of Japanese salad dressing. (Use your favorite flavor for the salad sauce)
9.
Put the chicken drumsticks and small tomatoes.
Tips:
1. Bake chicken legs in a microwave oven. I think the taste is basically the same as that of the oven, but the color is slightly lighter.
2. When grilling chicken legs, spread greased paper to prevent some burnt areas from sticking to the plate, which is not easy to wash; cover greased paper to prevent oil splashing in the microwave when baking, and it is not easy to clean it.
3. I bought lemongrass sauce from Metro. If you can't find it, you can use hoisin sauce or barbecue sauce.
