Roasted Chicken Feet with Carrots

Wash the chicken feet and set aside.

Peel the carrots, wash and cut into pieces with a hob.

Add oil to the hot pan and stir-fry the chicken feet.

Add soy sauce and Maggi and stir fry until fragrant.
5.
Add scallion ginger, water, white sugar and star anise and stir well.
6.
Bring to a high heat and turn to low heat, cover and simmer for 40 minutes.
7.
Add the carrots and stir well.
8.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes and turn off the heat.

Tips:
Simmer slowly.
