Roasted Chicken Feet with Peanuts

Prepare the ingredients. Chop off the nails of the chicken feet, and chop the chicken feet into two sections. Wash the peanuts.

Boil water in a pot, add a little rice wine, add chicken feet and bring to a boil. After blanching the water, remove the froth.

Add oil to the pot, fry fragrant ginger, garlic, chives, add chicken feet and peanuts and stir fry.

Add soy sauce and stir well, then add appropriate amount of water to boil.
