Roasted Chicken Noodles

Add appropriate amount of salt, cut wild pepper into pieces, shred the soaked ginger, cut dried chili into pieces, add to the raw chicken pieces and stir evenly, wait for 5 minutes.

Cut celery into strips and slice garlic into slices. stand-by

Heat the pot thoroughly and pour in rapeseed oil. Heat the oil, add the marinated chicken nuggets, add the peppercorns, stir fry, add dark soy sauce. Wait until the chicken nuggets are cooked on the surface.

Consider eating noodles, add appropriate amount of broth and bring to a boil. If you don’t want to eat noodles, add no water, and stir fry until the chicken is cooked through.

Tips:
The oil should be heated until it smokes slightly, and the amount of salt should be controlled during the curing process.
