Roasted Chicken Wing Root

Sliced ginger.

Cut green onions into sections.

After soaking chicken wings roots in clean water for two hours, add a little salt, five-spice powder, green onion ginger, light soy sauce, starch, and pepper, mix well and pierce your eyes with a toothpick.
