Take a duck leg out of the refrigerator, marinate it and bake it in an air fryer, and it will be delicious, but it seems too monotonous to eat directly. Roasted Duck Cheese Bread Cup

1. Duck legs are marinated overnight with cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt and spring onions.

2. Put it in an air fryer and bake for 16 minutes.

3. After the duck legs are cooked, cut the meat off with a knife, and the bones are no longer needed.

4. After the bread is sliced, it is stuffed into mini cheese molds.

5. Squeeze the sweet salad dressing on it.

6. Put the cut duck leg in.

7. Cut the cheese slices into chunks through the plastic wrap. Place it on top of the roast duck, evenly distributed.

8. Put it in the top of the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 5 minutes.

9. After taking it out, sprinkle cucumber shreds on the surface. Place the diced cherry tomatoes.

10. Squeeze black pepper salad dressing in dots on the top.

Tips:

1. The bread can be homemade or sliced toast bought in the supermarket.
2. Duck meat can be replaced by other meats.
