Roasted Duck Tongue
1.
Wash the duck tongue and marinate it with salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce for about 3 hours.
2.
Arrange the duck tongues in a baking tray, brush with a layer of oil, sprinkle with cumin and chili powder
3.
Turn the oven to 200 degrees, bake for 10 minutes, take it out and turn it over, re-paint the reverse side with oil, sprinkle with cumin powder and chili powder
4.
Bake for another 10-20 minutes, until you hear "zizizizi" and a slight popping sound.
Tips:
The temperature of each oven is different. The specific baking time can be distinguished by the sound. When the sound of "sizzling" appears, it means that the baking is in place!
