Roasted Duck Wings

Remove the miscellaneous hair of the duck wings, wash them, let them boil for 5 minutes, remove them, and wash them.

Add salt, sugar, cooking wine, fresh soy, pepper, cumin powder, and stir.

Make some holes in the wings with a toothpick, stir it, put it in a large bowl, and let it taste in the refrigerator for a long time.

Put a spoon of honey and stir well.

Set the oven to 180 degrees, heat up, and preheat it, put the wings on the grilling net, place the bottom with a baking tray, and put the wings into the oven.
