Roasted Duck with Edamame

Dice garlic, dice ginger, dice millet pepper, and dice duck meat into small pieces

Boil the duck meat in cold water, skim off the oil, remove the duck meat

Stir-fry the duck meat after adding blanching water

Pour in water and simmer for about 15 minutes

Add edamame, stir fry a little, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes
