Roasted Edamame with Minced Meat and Tomato
1.
Prepare edamame, pork puree and tomatoes. It is best to buy edamame and peel the beans by yourself. Some markets may have been peeled and sold overnight, and there is a smell of water that can't be removed.
2.
Add light soy sauce to the mashed meat (the dark soy sauce is heavy in color, which will affect the color of this dish.) Mix well with cooking wine and slightly marinate. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, then cut some ginger and green onions.
3.
Heat up the pan, add a proper amount of oil, stir-fry the minced meat at 30% of the oil temperature, then add the ginger onion and saute until fragrant.
4.
Pour in the edamame and stir-fry, add water to submerge the edamame, cover and simmer.
5.
Cook until the edamame becomes soft and when the soup is fast-drying, add tomatoes, add some salt and pepper, cover and simmer for about 1 minute.
6.
Add a little chicken essence and sesame oil before cooking.
7.
The simple deliciousness is finished.
