Roasted Enoki Mushrooms with Garlic

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them for later use.

Mince garlic, dice green and red peppers and set aside.

Add garlic and green red peppers to peanut oil, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, salt, chicken essence, and a little water, mix well.

Place the enoki mushrooms in the tin plate.

Pour the mixed garlic on top of the enoki mushrooms, and preheat the oven up and down at 180 degrees.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, and cover with tin foil in the middle.

Finished product.
8.
Pour a little steamed fish soy sauce before baking.
