Roasted Herbs with Taro Balls

The prepared black jelly is refrigerated for later use. See the black jelly recipe for details.

The right amount of coconut flour, the amount is more and less as you like.

Mix the coconut flour with cold boiling water and stir.

Pour the boiled coconut flour into boiling water, add a little condensed milk and cook until it is boiled with a little sugar.

Place the boiled coconut milk in the refrigerator and chill for later use.

Put the boiled water into the prepared taro balls and cook until the balls rise.

Take the cooked taro balls out of cold water.
8.
Cut the shaped jelly into pieces and put it in a bowl, drizzle the prepared coconut juice, and then add the cooked taro balls.

The smooth jelly, the springy taro balls, and the juice made from condensed milk and coconut flour make the taro balls roasted for the first time as satisfying. 😁
