Roasted Leeks

Pick the leeks, wash, and drain. Cut off the roots and tails, and cut them to a more consistent length.

Soak the bamboo sticks in water.

Add water to the boiling pot, bring to a boil, add the alkaline noodles, and stir well.

Put the leeks in the pot and cook for about 2 seconds. Remove the leeks when they change color.

Rinse with cold water, drain the water, and absorb the water with kitchen paper.

Pass the root of the leek with a bamboo stick.

About 20 leeks are used to form a bunch. Skewer all the leeks.

Spread tin foil on the baking tray and brush with a layer of oil first.

Spread the leeks in the baking dish and brush the surface with oil.

Put it into the middle layer of the oven that has been preheated to 180°C.

The time is set to 4 minutes.

Bake for 2 minutes, take it out, and brush with barbecue sauce on both sides. Put it into the oven and bake it, take it out and eat it at the end.
Tips:
1. Add alkaline noodles when cooking leeks to make them greener.
2. Because the leeks have been cooked, they are basically cooked. The roasting time can be set for a few minutes. The temperature and time should be adjusted according to the temper of the oven.
