Roasted Leeks

Wash the leeks, drain the surface water, and put them on with a bamboo stick

Homogeneous layer of oil on both sides

On the second level of the oven, bake at 190 degrees for 5-7 minutes

The roasted leeks are obviously softened, then take them out and rinse them with cooking oil on both sides

Sprinkle with salt and pepper evenly

Sprinkle with barbecue ingredients and cumin powder, then put it back in the oven and bake for about 3 minutes.
Tips:
Leeks are easy to cook, so it is best not to leave them when they are roasted in order to over-heat them.
