Roasted Mandarin Fish

To prepare, cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger. Wash the fish, add the cooking wine and ginger slices and marinate for ten minutes. Cut the tofu into pieces and fry until golden brown and remove for later use.

The marinated fish is wrapped in a layer of sweet potato flour and a layer of eggs. Fry in a frying pan until both sides are lightly yellowed and remove for use.

Put a little oil in the pot and stir fragrant ginger slices. Add in hot water, not too much water just before the fish. Put the fried fish and tofu before, add the seasoning green onion and soy sauce, two pieces Boiled sugar for about ten minutes

Boil on high heat for ten minutes, add a little salt when there is only a little bit of soup, and a little soy sauce. After cooking for a minute or two, remove the fish and tofu. The remaining soup will thicken and pour it on the fish. I plan to eat it like this, but I still want spicy food, so there is one more step 😊
