Roasted Okra

Buy a box of okra.

Wash it well, rub it a bit more, rub off the hairs on the outside, and cut off the pedicles.

Boil a pot of water and blanch the okra for 30 seconds to remove. Don't blanch the water if you want it crispy.
4.
Let the water dry.
5.
Place it on a baking sheet lined with greased paper and brush with a layer of oil.
6.
Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
