Roasted Organ Potatoes

Peel and wash the potatoes, place chopsticks on both sides, slice them, and cut to the chopsticks to stop. Don't cut it off.

Chopped potatoes.

Wrap it with tin foil and put it on the middle shelf of the oven, and bake at 210 degrees for 15 minutes.
