I went to the seafood market today and lost hundreds of dollars in seafood. I was so tired that I was finished without two bites when I ate at night. The oysters sold outside are very unhygienic. Don't say there is sand in the taste. All the dirty stuff in the belly has not been removed, do it yourself, it is absolutely hygienic.

Roasted Oysters

1. First cut the ginger, garlic and millet pepper for use. All chopped rice.

2. After washing the oysters, put ginger and then garlic rice. Then put on the millet pepper.

3. Preheat the oven at 180°, and bake on the top and bottom for 20 minutes.

4. Take it out and sprinkle some light soy sauce on top. Drizzle a little bit of cooking oil. Then bake for another 5 minutes.

5. Sprinkle some chopped green onions.

Tips:

The time for roasting oysters depends on the size of the oysters. If you don’t like spicy food, change it to red pepper.
