Raw oysters, also called oysters, are the most zinc-rich of all foods. Every 100g of oyster meat contains 87.1% water and 71.2mg zinc. Rich in protein zinc, it is a good zinc supplement food.
During the summer barbecue season, grilled oysters are my favorite. It's not enough to eat outside. I grill them at home and eat enough at a time.

5. Add steamed fish soy sauce and sesame oil to the prepared garlic mash, and mix well. The salty taste of the steamed fish soy sauce itself is enough, no need to add salt.

6. Pause when roasting for 12 minutes, open the lid, add garlic, and roast for another 3 minutes.

Tips:

The amount of mashed garlic can be added according to personal preference. I have no fans. You can also soak the fans in advance and add it together when adding the garlic.
