Roasted Oysters (microwave Oven)
1.
Preparation materials: oysters, oyster sauce, garlic, green onions, oil and salt, cooking wine, cornstarch. (Forgot to take it)
2.
Wash the oysters and place them on a plate after dripping the water. Then put two drops of cooking wine on each oyster and let it stand for later use.
3.
Chop garlic into finely chopped pieces.
4.
Prepare an appropriate amount of corn starch water.
5.
Chop the chopped green onion, save the green onion leaves for later use, and put the green onion root with the minced garlic.
6.
Add oil in a hot pan and add minced garlic when the oil is hot. (Step 3)
7.
Stir fry several times for about 15-20 seconds, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and salt (because the oyster sauce itself is salty, you can put less salt) and continue to fry (the oyster sauce is enough to stir well), then pour in the prepared cornstarch water and stir fry A few times to start the pot.
8.
Spread the fried minced garlic on the oysters.
9.
Then put it in the microwave and set a timer for 10 minutes.
10.
After 10 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onions (if you like spicy food, you can put the chili sauce on top), and set it regularly for 3 minutes. Dangdang... out of the pot.
Tips:
1. It can also be steamed! The steps are the same.
