Roasted Oysters with Millet Spicy Garlic

The oysters are killed and cleaned.

Prepare the scallion, ginger, garlic and millet spicy and chop them for later use.

Heat the oil until 80% of the heat is hot, add minced garlic and stir fry for 10 seconds. Add millet spicy onion, ginger and garlic. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar and fry for 10 seconds. Turn off the heat.

Drizzle on the oysters.

Put it in the preheated oven, turn on the upper and lower heat 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
