Roasted Pork Belly

Wash the pork belly and cut into thin slices

Add barbecue sauce, then add June fresh special grade soy sauce

Grab all the seasonings evenly to make them taste better. Marinate for 30 minutes

Cover the grill with high-temperature tarp and marinate the pork belly. Put it neatly on the grill. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 210 degrees for 10 minutes. After preheating, put it on the grill.

Mix cumin powder, chili powder, salt and pepper powder, and black pepper powder evenly. After roasting until the edge of the pork belly is slightly rolled up, take it out, sprinkle with the mixed seasoning, turn the pork belly over with chopsticks, and evenly sprinkle the seasoning. Put it back and continue baking until the oven stops working
Tips:
When marinating pork belly, if you don’t have barbecue sauce, you can replace the barbecue sauce with 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 3 cloves of garlic, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
