Roasted Pork Belly with Black Pepper

The pork belly is sliced and marinated with salt. Only salt is used here and no other seasonings are used.

3. Chop coriander and shallots for later use.

The air fryer is preheated at 240 degrees, and the bakeware is also preheated with oil at the same time. About five minutes.

Spread the pork belly on a plate, start the air fryer at 240 degrees, and set it for 20 minutes.

Flip twice in the middle.

When the pork belly is slightly charred, add cumin powder and mix well.

When it comes out of the pan, add the chopped green onions and coriander, and ground black pepper. It's ready to be eaten on the lettuce.
Tips:
1. When marinating the meat, I only use salt. This is a personal habit. You can add soy sauce or other sauces. The flavor is different.
2. Use high-temperature barbecue to roast some of the fat in the meat.
3. The time for roasting the meat can be adjusted, depending on which state the meat is roasted, burnt, tender, or just right.
