Roasted Pork Ribs with Potatoes

Wash and cut potatoes

Put the washed spare ribs into the pan and dry and saute, low heat, and fry until the meat is fragrant

Cut the potatoes and fry them on medium heat

Heat oil in a pot, pour the spices and sauté until fragrant

Scoop out the spices and discard the base oil and add the red bean curd.

Tips:
When frying spices, be sure to low heat and then fry until fragrant. Don't fry them. Throw away the spices after frying, otherwise the stew will become bitter.
