Roasted Potato Duck Leg with Pineapple Beer

1. Dice the duck legs and blanch them in water.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob.

3. Prepare ginger onion and pineapple beer.

4. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan to heat up, then add the duck and potatoes and stir-fry for a while.

5. Add ginger spring onion, star anise, and cloves and stir fry for a while.

6. Add some dark soy sauce and salt.

7. Stir fry evenly.

8. Add pineapple beer and turn to a low heat.

9. Roast the duck meat and potatoes until soft and rotten, and then collect the juice.

10. Plate.
