Roasted Potatoes with Thyme

Cut fresh potatoes into pieces with a hob and set aside.

Cut tomatoes into pieces with a hob. Take a few garlic cloves.

Soak the potato pieces in clean water for three minutes to remove the superficial starch. Soak up the moisture with kitchen paper.
4.
Add garlic cloves, thyme, sea salt, and olive oil to the potatoes, mix well, and put them in a pizza pan or other baking utensils.
5.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake for about 25-35 minutes, and turn it over every ten minutes.
6.
Add tomatoes in the last 5-10 minutes.
Tips:
The dishes are more beautiful with small round tomatoes!
