Roasted Preserved Eggs with Peppers

1. Preserved eggs shelled;

2. Cut with a knife

3. Dice green pepper; chop a little pepper sauce;

4. Heat oil in a frying pan, add diced green peppers and stir fry;

5. Add chopped pepper sauce, light soy sauce, and salt to taste;
