Roasted Pumpkin

Cut the small pumpkin into pieces,

Sprinkle a little sea salt evenly,

Freshly ground black pepper,

Sprinkle some cinnamon powder,

Brush some olive oil,

The pumpkin is placed on a grill covered with tin foil,

Preheat the oven at 190°, bake for 60 minutes,

I made two flavors, parsley + rosemary,

If you like it, you can try it with basil and thyme!
Tips:
The time is one hour, and it takes so long to roast so that the taste of pumpkin can fully penetrate and radiate.
