Roasted Purple Potato Chips

Melt the butter in water first

Add sugar and olive oil, the ratio of olive oil to butter is 1:1

Stir well and set aside
4.
Cut the purple sweet potato into 5mm thick slices

Brush the mixed oil on both sides
6.
Put it on the grill
7.
Serve with the toasted purple potato chips and just dip it.
