For more than ten years, I have always liked to cook in a casserole, stewed chicken, duck, fish, mutton, beef ribs and so on. Sometimes there are many customers in my house, and the volume of porridge and meat is large. The previous casserole was small and could only be used in steamer. I always felt that the steamer was poorly made, so I decided to buy another large casserole.

3. Cut two pieces of tin foil larger than the pot body for use. Put the tin foil into the pot, press it with your hands in a circle to stick to the inner wall of the casserole, and wrap the edge of the casserole on the top.

4. Another piece of tin foil is also put into the pot, the cross is folded into a straight tube, one circle is attached to the inner wall of the casserole, and the top wraps the rim of the casserole.

10. Turn the purple sweet potato over after 30 minutes (be careful that the casserole is very hot, remember to wear heat-insulating gloves to prevent scalding, and use a steamed bun to turn it over to prevent scalding).

11. Then turn off the heat for 30 minutes and use the waste heat to simmer (the specific time is flexibly selected according to the size of the purple sweet potato and the size of the firepower). (Don't open the lid, make full use of the heat stored in the casserole pot to braise the purple sweet potato. This time I guess the fire is small. The purple sweet potato is not burnt, but the chopsticks are cooked after a poke. If you like to eat the burnt, you can adjust the fire or roast it more. .)

12. The finished product! When the pot body is warm by hand, open the lid and poke the purple potato with chopsticks. It can be easily penetrated and it will be cooked. The delicious and high-value roasted purple potato is ready to eat!

13. Finished product. Healthy and delicious roasted purple sweet potatoes come out of the pot. The roasted purple sweet potato tastes sweeter than steamed, and has a strong fragrance. I ate two of them during the photo shoot. Even my husband who doesn’t like purple sweet potatoes also ate two of them. They were so delicious.

Tips:

1. The ordinary casserole on the market cannot be dry-burned, it is easy to burn, and it is not allowed to be used for roasting purple potatoes (roasted sweet potatoes). Remember!
2. The size of the purple sweet potato (sweet potato) should be as uniform as possible. After washing, keep the purple sweet potato skin, dry it, and put it in the pot.
3. After washing the casserole, let it dry naturally, and place it upside down in a dry and ventilated place (a place like a cabinet is not suitable for poor ventilation.)
