Roasted Purple Sweet Potato in Casserole

Prepare the casserole and washed purple sweet potatoes.

Wipe the casserole with a cotton cloth (do not get wet).

Cut two pieces of tin foil larger than the pot body for use. Put the tin foil into the pot, press it with your hands in a circle to stick to the inner wall of the casserole, and wrap the edge of the casserole on the top.

Another piece of tin foil is also put into the pot, the cross is folded into a straight tube, one circle is attached to the inner wall of the casserole, and the top wraps the rim of the casserole.

Find a grill slightly smaller than the mouth of the pot and put it in the pot.

Put tin foil on the grill.

Put in the washed purple potatoes (a lot of purple potatoes are baked together).

(Don't open the lid, make full use of the heat stored in the casserole pot to braise the purple sweet potato. This time I guess the fire is small. The purple sweet potato is not burnt, but the chopsticks are cooked after a poke. If you like to eat the burnt, you can adjust the fire or roast it more. .)

The finished product! When the pot body is warm by hand, open the lid and poke the purple potato with chopsticks. It can be easily penetrated and it will be cooked. The delicious and high-value roasted purple potato is ready to eat!

Tips:
1. The ordinary casserole on the market cannot be dry-burned, it is easy to burn, and it is not allowed to be used for roasting purple potatoes (roasted sweet potatoes). Remember!
2. The size of the purple sweet potato (sweet potato) should be as uniform as possible. After washing, keep the purple sweet potato skin, dry it, and put it in the pot.
3. After washing the casserole, let it dry naturally, and place it upside down in a dry and ventilated place (a place like a cabinet is not suitable for poor ventilation.)
