Roasted Purple Sweet Potato in Casserole

Use a dry towel to dry the casserole inside and outside, without water, wash the purple sweet potato
2.
Put the steaming rack in the casserole, spread 2 sheets of tin foil, and wrap the casserole from the edges to prevent water vapor from entering
3.
Turn on high heat for 30 minutes, turn over, then cook for another 20 minutes

Use chopsticks to easily pierce through it and it's OK
